The distraction, in many ways, is more about context. Naked women in the bath house, he deals with casually. There's no taboo aspects to it. And Kayura may be a little on the skinny side... but he's in a place he isn't supposed to be, with a naked woman who shouldn't be naked, and he had never thought if in a sexual fashion before. Its all about context sometimes, and he has always been very big on things being in their time and place...
