He nods, they're close enough she can even see the expression and shift. He's trying to stay very carefully neutral right now, and focus on helping her stay comfortable.
"Ok, let me know if it gets worse, and I will try and help more." he offers, quietly agreeing with her that this is just something best not spoken of.
