Hajime has no particular issues with nudity... in the right context. Which this is. The place has been mostly abandoned due to the rumors of haunts or at least mishaps, so they mostly have each other, and the limited staff and the like to deal with... and the ghosts, of course.
He accepted the invitation politely though, and seems in good spirits. A proper bath sounds like a lovely thing about now, really.
