Hunter will be thrilled to have someone else from Texas, let alone Plano, in the house. Expect Jake to be lovingly hassled by her regularly! And if there is one thing Tatum needs, it's definitely more friends, and particularly one with a backbone. She lacks her own completely, so if people don't stand up for her, she tends to get trampled.

It's a shame he doesn't do srs relations, because I definitely think he would be the type of boy for Jenny to crush on, but she's big on the whole committment thing. Then again, Jenny has plenty of relationshit drama going on already. She may have to take him up on that shoulder to cry on sometime soon.

Erica likes any handsome boy, particularly ones who love to skank it up as much as her, so I def think there could be some FWB there if you were up for it. :D

I'm betting Hunter will know of Jake's family estate. "Frost Castle", as it's been nicknamed, is pretty much known nationwide (it's an obscenely massive estate). He would love to be hassled by her and see her as a hometown girl and compatriot.

Tatum would be tenderly protected, even if Jake got bruised up himself.

Unfortunately, Jake isn't mature enough for a committed relationship yet, but he's always ready with a shoulder to cry on.

Jake is always ready for a FWB, so tell Erica to come on down!

BTW, I've told Hunter's beau, Gray, that Jake would probably be friendly with him because of Hunter (and promised that Jake wouldn't pounce on Gray LOL).
