Vinnie would like Shelby. A lot. Definitely a crush there, as Shelby is just adorably cute. They also play Muggle sports together, so maybe Vinnie and Shelby can have some one on one practice time? <.<

Rowan also thinks Shelby is adorable and totally understands the 'guilty pleasure' music love. I think they could be friends? y/n?

Definite yes to all of that sounds good to me!! Shelby might be a little weirded out by such as crush at first but he'd try to be nice about it, he's a pretty chill guy when it comes to that sort of thing.
