You're not seeing the whole picture, Robert. Connor and Roy aren't Oliver Queen's only boys. Angela told him.
Robert looks at Keith for a moment, the takes off his shades, and removes his hood. Finally, he turns off the voice-modulator and looks Keith over.
"I didn't know about you." Robert says.
"I'm guessing your mother is Dinah Lance-Queen. I've heard a good deal about her over the years, none of it good. My mother quite got over the fact that Oliver loved her enough to forsake his real calling." he explains.
"Of all the people I expected to meet tonight, my brother wasn't one of them." Robert says.
I just watched my brother kill a man to avenge our sister. Robert thinks, turning over the thought in his head several times.
He can't help but feel proud of Keith for his actions.
