Like Trigon, none of this is random, and he's not limited to doing one thing at a time, mind working on multiple levels, Deathstroke and the Calculator having a little conference in his brain and analyzing the odds and tactics at Zoom speed.
Time bends, and Ty suddenly isn't where he was, firing off telepathic blast after blast while bending the seconds to move, effectively, at near the speed of light, throwing punches physically at the same time.
