What Eli says in return isn't really printable. He picked up some fantastic language from folks like Lobo and Guy Gardner. Suffice it to say, it's rude, involves several biological impossibilities and would cause him to be censored by most TV and Radio networks.
His arms were still free, which was important, because they held the great big flaming sword. He started cracking at his legs, because he could sort of glide even with his wings crusted.
