The rituals and light extending out from Ty, designed to contain and weaken Ty haven't diminished, and Deathstroke's regeneration continues apace - even after the surge, there's little sense of vulnerability to him, and it grows less by the second.
Ruth and Iris, however, certainly have his attention.
"Ah, but it is me, now. I am the Avatar of the black. This world will fall." Despite his words, he's hesitating. It may have something to do with Ty - but he's also most hesitant when looking at Ruth - as if she worries him now far more than Trigon does.
