Dinadan Palmer is only one of many Black Lanterns in the city, but he's one of the better-equipped for fighting the assembled heroes. He knows them, he knows their tactics. And they know him -- or at least, they know his face. It'll be hard for them to fight him.
He stalks the city, looking for anyone who knew him in life, with every intention of adding them to Nekron's army.
