There was a loud resounding crack, as Lian slapped Cerdian across the face. Hard. His words stung, and she stared at him, looking both angry and hurt.
"Screw you, Cerdian! Screw you!" She was getting angry, and tears stung at her eyes, her shoulders shaking a little.
