Jo turns crimson at the thought of what Ruth just said. Sure, Jay is a cute guy, but he's not really Jo's type and she hadn't been thinking that.
Still, it was a little bit of a shock.
"And someday, I'll be able to fly." Jo says, finding a very interesting spot on the wall and focusing on it and trying ignore the fact that her eyes are growing warm.
