Jo Kent is pretty sure her Mom and Dad do not know where she is right now. She doesn't think they'd necessarily be mad at her, but they would ask her the reasoning behind her choice. Dad might even wonder why she was choosing to this instead of trying to join the YJLA on a reserve basis. The reasoning behind it was simply.

If she tried here and failed, then it was because the group didn't see a use for her. If she went to the YJLA, Jo would never be certain that she got in on her own merits and not the fact that her dad and brother led their respective teams.

She noticed how tall the building and wished, once again, that she could fly.

So it was that Supergirl appeared in a red-blue blur outside of Titans' Tower in San Francisco and waited for someone to notice her.

	Jo just sort of blinks at Iris. "Really? You mean...no interview, no tryout or test?" Jo asks, looking at the others. "Well, is there anything that needs doing now?" she asks, looking between Jayhawk, Mourning Dove and Iris. "Or can I start by getting to know my new teammates?" she asks. "Well, I can run very fast and I'm difficult to hurt, except when those little green rocks you mentioned come into play." Jo tells Ruth as they move out of the doorway.

"I can also see through walls and other objects that aren't lined with lead, but I use that power only for good." she assures. She heard that there was another Kryptonian out there that liked to do that to unsuspecting girls. Jo hoped that wasn't true.

"Also, I'm very strong, and I have great lung capacity."

That sounded weird to her.

"By that I mean I can freeze things with my breath or blow out a candle from across a room." she says.

	Jo turns crimson at the thought of what Ruth just said. Sure, Jay is a cute guy, but he's not really Jo's type and she hadn't been thinking that. Still, it was a little bit of a shock. "And someday, I'll be able to fly." Jo says, finding a very interesting spot on the wall and focusing on it and trying ignore the fact that her eyes are growing warm. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Do you guys hang out together when you're not bashing bad guys or is this place strictly for business? I just ask because I live in Metropolis, but I can be here when necessary.

Speaking of...do we have a Titans-Signal or something that goes out when we need to get together? My hearing is a lot better now, too, so I can be here." Jo assures.

"As you can tell, the place is a little beat-up from recent events, but yeah, we hang out here too when we're not beating up bad guys. We could probably get you a room. I think we have a couple of free ones, with the Titans East forming and a couple of our numbers going over there.

And we have comm-links that we use when we're needed for something. I'll get you one." Iris smiled.
