"There's no rule against not accepting the throne. There are rules about not answering royal summons." Cait laughed again. "If I go back to Atlantis after today I'll probably be imprisoned for not answering the summons. If he doesn't exile me." Her father would do either to teach her a lesson. At this point Cait didn't care. She loved her father, but she was not going to let him dictate her life.
