"Yes," Cait said with no little certainty. "Love can overcome anything. Even death. Arthur and I have our problems, but it doesn't mean we don't love each other. It's that love that will eventually make us reconcile no matter how many times we fight."
Cait put an arm around his waist.
"Cerdian, it's not selfish. We are capable of so much love and not all of has to be for one person or for just our children. I love Ty with all my heart, but I love others too. You, my parents, the Titans, Hope. Ty does not take any of my love away from the others no matter how much I love Ty. Lian's love for you will not take any away from her children."
