"Some of both." he replies, being fairly vague, as usual when talking about personal issues with pretty much anyone. "Even with people returning, a lot of friends spent time on the other side, or temporarily lost family. People are still kind of recovering... Metropolis is back to work and rebuilding, but some people probably won't ever be entirely the same."
