Mickey was late getting to the Brownstone, though she came running the second she got the page.
The moment she walked in, her heart sunk into her chest, and she felt the world halt to a sudden stop.
"No...no, no, no, NO!" Mickey couldn't help herself. She promptly burst into tears, falling to the floor in a sobbing wreck.
