Then sighed and gave a nod dipping her head. "It might be readings she's getting opff of me from whemn I was all.... p-p-panicked. I mean. It is true the Scarab is weird and can pick up stuff."
Oh Dos she didn't want him leaving angry. She certainly didn't want him figuring out she thought he was cute in a way. Right now Ash is focusing on not panicking again because the last time she had freaked him out.
Only now she was 'freaked out'. She really hadn't wanted anyone knowing what was going on. Not when she herself didn't get it.
