Paging Doctor McNider
With the incident at the new JLI headquarters, Will knew he would have to get help for what had happened. As nervous as he was about...that...he was still interested in having those kinds of relations. If he damn near dies when he and Avia get anywhere near it, things would not be good.

So he called someone on the team he had been avoiding since Nic had...

Well. here goes nothing. Will calls the last new number he had put into his phone before joining the JLI: Kyle McNider.

	Kyle was in his apartment reading medical journals. When his cell phone rang he was reading an article on Pulmonary Hypertension in Sickle Cell Disease. "Hello," Kyle says when he answered the phone. (Reply to this)(Thread)

"I don't have an office anymore," Kyle says. Being legally blind meant his license to practice medicine had been revoked. Something that still really struck his heart. Be a doctor had been all he had ever wanted to be.

Give me a time you want to come by the JSA HQ and I'll be there to meet you for whatever you need," Kyle says. The JSA had some of the best medical equipment and set up around courtesy of him mentor.

	Will had been avoiding the Brownstone, but he had to see a doctor and, well, with everything that has happened he had to see someone. So, when those two hours come in, he makes his way through the familiar doorway of the Brownstone and walks through towards where he knew the medical bay was. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Will thought about how weird it was that Kyle looked up at him, but it wasn't like he was blind his whole life. He could still turn on reflex.

"W-well..."

Will tries to find the words. This was rather personal.

"I-I-I was w-with my girlfriend and things got a l-little...ummm, intense. And w-when that happened I-I had some kind of attack of something. I was t-terrified a-and had a lot of trouble breathing."

Will stayed silent for a moment. Nic was still raw to him, and her death was probably why, indirectly, why he agreed to spending time with Avia.

"It was joked that I was being brain-broken. B-but th-that k-kinda has the s-same feel: H-hard to breath, hard to speak, a-and all kinds of nervous and stutter-y if I do speak."
