So...what are you doing tonight? (Adam)
Mitzi was lounging around the Tower, trying not to be bored senseless. She didn't feel like practicing any more cantrips or spells. Having Lady Jo in her head was still weird after all of these months, because Mitzi often felt like she could still hear her from time to time. Usually it was in the middle of the night when she'd been sleeping and Mitzi would wake up and freak out a little because sleep still didn't come easy for her.

A lot of times, she thought about Ryan.

She'd only known him for one night, but he got her like no one else did. Lily and Pippi were two of her best friends, and so was Iris, but she couldn't really talk about this with any of them, since boys weren't really on their radar. Dinah lived on the other end of the spectrum, with her boyfriend near at hand. Marissa had been the same way until her boyfriend passed on. She and Marissa had something in common having both lost their mothers, but at least she still had her dad. Mitzi couldn't even say that much for herself.

Ash...was Ash. Ash had sister she could talk to, though. Mitzi would probably have killed to have sister, as her brother was worth practically nothing.

Sighing, she flopped back down on the couch, resigning herself to the boredom that this evening would consist of.

If worse came to worse, she could always paint her toes...again.

"No," Adam says, "But you've seen her reactions to my joking." One of those times almost involved her throwing him through a wall.

"Ash is very shy someone needs to force her out of her shell. Riley is into Dinah and publicity which is just generally annoying. Dinah need to stop complain about leadership. If she doesn't want it so much I'll take it. Robin I don't know to well. But I am glad that I still spend a lot of time at home."

"No not really," Adam says, "They know I'm stronger than I look and that my dad won't let me do contact sports but that's about it."

	"Do you ever feel like you missed anything growing up, not being able to play football like most kids?" she asks. "I got into cheerleading because my mom wanted me to. 	"Yeah I really wanted to do sports but I understand why my dad wouldn't let me. Chaotic strength levels and all that been that way for as long as I can remember." 	Adam grinned taking that as a challenge. "Want to hear my thoughts on how to better implement the basic concept behind the no child left behind act which was a fundamentally good idea if very badly implemented." 	Mitzi just blinks in shock for a moment. "Okay, you win. To the victor go the spoils." she laughs, standing up on her tip toes to kiss him on the cheek. "Well, it's good that you have deep thoughts, though. I can't tell you how many guys I've known that have one thing and one thing only on their minds. It's so annoying." says, rolling her eyes.
