Its not time to find him, not yet.
Last time, a yellow pirate ship suited, and Ty was mostly himself, just restricted to acting like a pirate. This time, the manifestation is stronger, the strong bond formed, and perhaps Ty and Cait's own strong emotions where Capt. Stingaree was concerned helped it along.
He flies out over the ocean, using magic to find what he's looking for - and then telekinesis. The pirate ship sunk with all hands aboard due to damage, and overloading themselves with gold - the former is fixable enough, and he can keep the ship afloat despite the latter, it just means he'll be a little distracted.
He has his ship - now he needs a crew. For that, the geniuses in Ty's brain consult, and begin the plans for just the thing. It will be a while while Cait and whoever she can gather search - while Ty builds suitable robot pirates to help him command the seas, just like the olden days.
