The Hardest Part is the waiting (Traya and Iris)

Jai waited in the lobby at the hospital after leaving a message on Dad's phone, then calling Traya and Irey. He'd changed out of his costume almost immediately after dropping his mother off and then entered the hospital as he son, asking to see his mother.

She was in surgery now, so Jai paced the floor and waited for news, trying to understand what happened earlier. His powers simply shut down on him. What did that mean? It had never happened to him before. He hoped it was an isolated incident, because he couldn't afford to have it happen again.

He sits down and waits for the doctor to show up and, hopefully, bring some good news.

	When the call came, it didn't take Traya much time to reach there at all. As fast as the winds could carry her. She ran to him as soon as she saw him, wrapping her arms around him. She said not a word, just held on tight. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	"Yeah, they are." he says. "Meanwhile, I need to do everything /I/ can to find the bastard that did this and fry him for it." Jai says. He stops and takes a couple of breaths. "I'm sorry. 	"Same here. I'd rather we fight as little as possible." Jai says, sobering. He wished now that he hadn't fought with his mom so much about Traya.
