Yes, open your big mouth, Conan. Michael focuses his attention on the air in front of the Green Lanterns face. Michael knew that if this worked it would be a miracle, but even if it didn't it would hopefully break Dexs concentration enough for Michael to get out of the construct and blast him.
For the plan now, however, Michael concentrates on the area centimeters in front of Dexs face. Within a second, the many molecules and atoms are forced away, leaving a very empty space. One that, if Michael were lucky, the air in Dexs lungs would be forced out to fill. If not, it would still be a massive pressure decompression right in front of the guys face.
