Also after the party
Josh enjoyed the party. He really did even if it was mood whiplash all night. But now...now he just can't take it anymore.

Katima and Henry...the sounds they make...the way it all feels to his extra sense.

Josh can only sit in his room depressed and blushing for so long. He reaches his breaking point and goes off in search of Avalon.

"Ava?" he asks, following his senses outside to the winged Lantern.

	Josh smiles. "Well thank you but it'll take more than a hot, naked you to scare me," he says, leaning in for a quick little kiss. He winces slightly and hugs Avalon close. "I'm sorry that happened," he says quietly. "My powers and...how I was living made me different growing up as well." The healer smiles and then leans in for another kiss. 	Avalon smirks all the more, and he threads his fingers through Josh's hair and draws him close as he leans in for a kiss. "You shouldn't be afraid to talk about your past, Josh. There is no shame in your past.." whispers Avalon against Josh's lips, right as they meet and he moans into Josh's lips with a soft little sound. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Josh keeps quiet about his past and just leans into the kiss. While one hand keeps Ava held close, the other tugging on the winged hero's pants gently. He's even starting to relax about being in the water. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Okay.. Okay okay.." Avalon laughs once the kiss ends, and extracts himself enough from Josh to get the offending pants off. He gives them a fling towards the shore and then smirks playfully at Josh for about five seconds before he starts splashing. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Josh's sputtering silly expression just makes Avalon laugh. He is true to his word, he has little shame about his body, and eventually Josh has splashed him so wet that he just decides to dunk himself under the surface of the water.

When Avalon comes back up, he slicks his water back from his face and then looks to Josh as he starts to trudge over. he was right - he's not a water bird, and he just looks totally bedraggled. "I look a mess." he laughs.

	Josh keeps laughing as they splash one another, rather enjoying himself. He jumps when Avalon dunks himself. He's not ready for that himself. He waits for the winged man to resurface and swallows. The healer ends up staring at the soaked Ava. "No..." he shakes his head. "You look wonderful," he says, pulling Ava into another kiss once he's close enough. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Being drawn closer to Josh is a wonderful thing, and Avalon allows the bigger boy to pull him up against his much more bulky frame. "You're full of compliments.." he whispers against the other boy's lips.

The change in mood is hard for Avalon to ignore, and he draws in a deep breath as his body arched against Josh's. It is exhilarating to feel skin brush against skin, and even more so with the echos of what Josh is feeling ringing through his emotions. Closing his eyes, Avalon just gives himself over to the moment, letting his awareness be drawn away by the press of Josh's lips to his own.
