Carolyn was in a world of hurt and was in enough pain that she couldn't sleep. There wasn't a part of her body that didn't hurt and she knew that come morning she'd be covered in bruises. She managed to make her way to the couch in the the req room and find a sitting position that didn't hurt too much.
