Thomas pauses and holds up a hand before they can get the guy in to take him away. "Do me a favour? Keep him in a solitary holding cell for a few days until I sort some things out. Arkham won't be good for him and he's needed in order to track some leads on that massacre not long ago. Tell the Commissioner I'll come and personally request it of him if need be, but keep him out of Arkham for the next bit."
Because White had more connections in Arkham than anywhere else, if he let them take the giggler there than there'd have been no point in taking him down.
