All of those influences work together, letting him center on Cait. While Hammond is more experienced with Hammond's powers, once he has his focus back, Ty can use them so much faster, and guided by Black Adam's wisdom.
It seems like an eyeblink - though the toll it takes on Ty's brain should be obvious to Cait, anyway. But he's back in control, and somewhere, Hector Hammond has the mother of all headaches, and a lot of head to ache.
