A certain gold-clad figure is tapping at Dinah Kord's bedroom window. As soon as he got his Dad's gear done field-testing, and Mom had laid down the ground rules, he had only one place he wanted to be.

And here he was.

"Psssst.... Dinah!"

He sputters somewhat.

"Well, I did just get shot. And if I was afraid, that'd totally be fair. Minus force-field, not only could both of your parents probably beat me up, but your mom could ruin my credit rating and my GPA too."

Riley hovers away from the window.

"But I'm not afraid, so watch as I go confront them at the door. It's only eight, after all." And off he goes to ring the doorbell.

	It had been Ted who'd answered the door and, after a good five minutes of laughing, had allowed Riley to go on upstairs, shouting something (between gasps for breath laughing) about keeping the door open. Mom and Dad told me to temporarily hold off on joining up with the League or the Titans, but... umm..."

He fidgets, grinding his heel slightly into the carpet.

"If you ever want to go on patrol together or something..."
