The 'it's complicated' sounded worrisome to him. "I fucked up and now you're hurt, 'it's complicated', joker is back and free and I can't fucking stand on my own, how do you think I am?" He snapped then instantly regretted taking his frustrations out on her there. "Sorry. Just...it's the painkillers," he lied. "Anyway. What do you mean by complicated?"
