Not everyone is gone. Steven just wasn't sure he should be answering the door when no one knows him other than Will and the girls. But when there's no answer after a bit, he zips downstairs, still in the baby blue bathrobe with the duckies on it. Definitely out of place next to a costume, but oh well.
"Oh, hey." he says, trying to search through his memories. There's something about the guy - that ring... its important to the Flashes for some reason, some kind of close ties.
Ah, there it is. "Hey... a green lantern."
