There's a crackle of speed force lightning, and then Ty is on scene. Short trip, really. He maneuvers between Power Boy and Cait defensively, even if he doesn't look very imposing.
"Ok, what's your story? I recognize the 'S', but that's about it. You related to Superboy?"
