Tim glances to the side when he heard someone coming but let it pass. There were plenty of people he didn't know yet.
He then smiles to Cerdian and nods. "Yeah, the original was merged with the Titans too but you, me, Robin, Impulse, and Beast Boy founded a new version of it cause they wouldn't let us join the Titans. And then we recruited a bunch of others real quick," he laughs.
When Dinah enters, Tim blinks. Since he's got a mouthful of cereal, he waves. "Hello, Dinah..." he trails off after swallowing, looking Dinah's costume over.
