This won't be any fun. Jon catches the falling half-angel, tucking his arms under his shoulders and behind his knees, then rolls, curling his body to shield the other boy from as much impact as he can. He's able to slow himself, but not stop, not at this speed, not this low, just seeking to protect the other and limit the damage as much as possible.
