The Cleanup
Cait was exhausted. She had never used her powers so much as she had in the past few hours. It was her job and responsibility to help protect the world's oceans and aquatic life and she had come to the coast of Louisiana to help with the clean up. The oil was everywhere and Cait was doing all she could to help the workers clean it up.

Her powers came in very handy and were well suited to the task. She was helping to contain the oil by creating a solid barrier of water around the spill, but the area was huge and her powers had a limit. Exhaustion went as deep as her bones. She wanted to fall into the water and go to sleep for a long time, but she couldn't give up now. So much wildlife could be destroyed if the oil was allowed to reach the shore.

Cait called upon her reserves of willpower and kept the barrier up. The crews were working as fast as they could and she needed to give them more time to do their jobs.
