Not quite all of Falcone's men are gone just yet. There's one hiding in a speedboat, scared, and holding a crate of teddy bears. He peers at the young heroes, sees that they're occupied, and starts the engine. In just a few seconds, the boat is quickly cutting through the water.
Falcone's underling thinks he's homefree. He looks back to see the pier getting further and further away. And then, he hears a thump on the front of the boat. He turns and looks to see a man with long blond hair, orange armor, and a drawn sword crouching in front of him. The man smiles and konks him on the head with the hilt of his sword, and the henchmen in knocked out.
A.J. drives the speedboat back to the pier and sees the young heroes gathered there, with many other henchmen bound or knocked out.
"Oh, it's you kids. So, what the hell's going on here?"
