"What?" She was surprised. "But...I don't want to go back to Gotham. Tim, you can't send me back!"
Robin and Red Robin. She was his partner, not just some kid in tights, not a fucking sidekick like she was for Batman. She had weight and standing of her own here and more than that, Tim respected her. Even when he had to sternly discipline her for lapses he treated her with respect. Marissa, for the first time since her mother's death, had a place to belong.
Bruce and Terry...hadn't made her feel that way.
"Bruce doesn't even want me," she grumbled.
