She feels a small bubble of joy. Cait doesn't seem to mind her. Though this is still really weird.

"Do you think she'll mind? I'm no really hers. I'm just a child from a different reality. I don't wish to make waves," Ash asks carefully obviously wanting to test the waters. "Will your team mates mind me? I can pull my weight if need be. Though, I still have much to learn about magic."
