A Flight in the Night That Might Bring Delight
Well, that had been one mission to save the past she hoped quickly for forget. Traveling back to the dawn of mankind, nearly getting eaten by a dinosaur (apparently, the history books were wrong), getting stripped down to a fur bikini and nearly sacrificed to a volcano (thank goodness they kept back-up uniforms at Rip's), and, well... she really wanted to forget it all.

Fortunately, flying back to Gotham, in Riley's arms this time--she was too tired to hang onto his back--was a good distraction.

"I can't believe Rip said it was okay for Anthro to keep the jacket," Dinah said.

	"I know, I know...I just..." Ted Kords hand reached and squeezed Barbaras. The jovial man was feeling very conflicted now. He knew this day was coming, and at least the boy was someone he knew from birth. "I get to be a little paranoid as Dad, right?" Ted asks, his smile returning somewhat. "Before you go," Ted begins, pulling Dinah into a strong hug.

"Go ahead and see your little knight in shining gold armor. I just want you to use your magnificent little brain, okay? I don't want you to go without thinking this through. There have only been three times in my life where I didn't think things through and it went my way; two of them gave me the two people in this room. The third gave me your uncle Michael."

Ted loosens his grip.

"Go ahead, but remember you're still my little Buggy."
