A scream wakes up Iris, shaking and sweating. She was scared. She'd never felt this frightened before in her entire life. Almost as if she's never going to be safe again.
Her legs shaking, Iris makes her way towards her bedroom door. Her hand trembling, she opens it and makes her way down the hallway, tiptoeing carefully not to wake her parents, unaware that they had the same nightmare she did. Reaching her brother's door, she knocks, quickly and loudly.
"Jai?" Her voice shakes.
