What Happens In Vegas Eats People In Vegas
What looks like a bat-winged lion with a tail covered in spikes flies down the Las Vegas strip. With a savage wave of its tail, poison spines shoot into a crowd, paralyzing those they hit.

Once its prey are struck still, it swoops in for the easy meal.

	Varon stops, looking back over his shoulder. "...really? I... but..." He regains himself, clearing his throat. "Very well. As the lady wishes." Varon grins, pleased with her choice of complimentary speech.

"Indeed! The headship's systems were designed by Foxious Garnercus, Valeron's greatest scientific mind. Although this particular model is not capable of intergalactic travel, it's systems include defensive arrays, the Clothing Dispensor 12000, automated cooking systems, and various other amenities. It does however lack the pregno-ray generating capabilities of my father's, but hopefully the employ of such a device will not be necessary in Varon's lifetime."

A pause. "And I did the decorating myself."

The place looks like a mix of Star Trek and an Austin Powers movie.

Fortunately, the owners of the pizza place were used to the strangeness of the Free family (Orion had once shown up there looking for them. It had been messy). 	Varon grins in return and stands up, offering her his hand. "This way, lovely one." They arrive at what is akin to a temple to excess. Mirrored ceilings, a disco ball, a massive rotating circular bed with a leopard print throw, and leather-padded walls that appear to be rotating panels, for whatever purposes.
