He wishes he could, but thankfully, the stress of the situation also goes down immensely. The cutlass and belaying pin don't disappear, but he does regain some focus over his other abilities.
"Arrr mateys, we be needing to get out of here, says I. The whole place be coming down around our ears, so crank up the main sails and get all hands on deck, it be time to set sail."
He hopes the others understand the speech enough. He lifts the Atlanteans up telekinetically, and creates a yellow pirate ship to carry everyone else out of the cave.
Not ideal, but under current circumstances, he hopes it will do.
