This time, at least, Ty is somewhat calmer, having had this experience before. Though shaken at first, as soon as Cait touches his mind, he calms himself, and then does what he can to not only soothe her, but the city, broadcasting waves of calm and stability out from his location to all the minds within easy reach, slowly working up to extend his mind further and further.
