"That's just it, Rex... I don't want people who want another crack involved. I don't want heavy-hitter hit squads. We're going to lose our big hitters that way. Which is why I'm saying we divide up with one mystic per squad, and if there's not an obvious choice for leadership roles, the mystic is in charge... they tend to be less inclined to go out on the offensive. The chances of taking a Titan of myth down with a three person squad is almost nil unless we stack all our heavies into one or two squads, and then its dicey. I want three to four man squads, one mystic per squad, and everyone to be instructed that first priority is harass and delay, keep them out of population centers, no grandstanding, no vendettas. Hit and run, distance tactics, lead them away... things like that. If someone in a squad is worried someone else is acting like they have a score to settle, I want that person assigned to clean-up and civilian control details. As soon as we have a confirmed Titan sighting, the teams call everyone nearby and use delaying tactics until two other squads arrive. We can space people out with speedsters, mystics who can teleport and others with transport abilities so we can cast a wide net, and still be able to close a gap fast. If any team's mystic can't teleport, that team gets a speedster or some type of transporter."
