Out of the Loop (Open to Petra and anyone who wants to answer Din's email)
A month after he should have been, Dinadan Palmer is finally back in Ivy Town. Just far less mobile than usual. Even failed assassination-attempts can take a lot out of a guy, and this one had been a lot closer to 'successful' than anyone would have liked. But it didn't succeed, the assassin and conspirators had been caught and put away; and as far as Dinadan knows, no one up here knew that his current state wasn't caused by a really bad training accident. All's well.
...Well no, not so much according to the news articles he's reading on his laptop between sips of tea and soup. Everything looks like it's heading south at a pretty good clip, and this time he doesn't have a mysterious instruction manual to deal with it. At least he finally knows why his father and Dr. Choi have been so busy lately.
He fires off a quick email to the YJLA and the Teen Titans to let them know that he's back in town and willing to do whatever he can to help while confined to his bed, and sets his empty dishes off to the side. Then, with one eye on his email, he starts working on making the mountain of make-up work he has for school a little bit smaller.
