Selene, once the goddess of the moon before Artemis, walked toward the office building of a small subsidiary of LexCorp. She raised her hands and beams of light shot from her hands and shattered some of the windows. People inside screamed and started to panic as shard of glass went everywhere.

Alina, still glowing, floats down to the ground. The moment she comes in contact with the solid earth though, the light snaps off and she staggers.

"Whooooooa," she whispers, steadying herself and straightening her hat. "That was a rush." She breathes deeply for a moment, heaving huge lungfuls of air that still taste (to her) like power and magic, trying to memorize how this feels because she wants to be able to do this when Hecate isn't making it easy for her. "Okay, everybody. Let's rock, roll, shimmy, and shake. Wow."
