Once the Black marvel changes back into a normal woman, Will uses the Wisdom of Socrates to apply pressure to her neck and render her unconscious. It wouldn't last too long, but it would be long enough to have the fight finished up and they could gag her.
Still, Will lets the woman down with gentility that most would show to sleeping children.
