Schemes and Things
Having been either bested in battle or otherwise coerced by the members of Injustice Unlimited into cooperating and then teleported away, the Justice Society members would find themselves behind a mystical barrier in an otherwise largely featureless dungeon. Those who had been caught out of costume had been magically dressed with their uniform and all their equipment.

Also imprisoned, separate from the Society members, were the various hostages the villains had taken. The Dugan family. Abby Bronson. Joan Garrick. Molly Scott. Sinon Tavoularis. Belle and Danette Tyler. Cynthia Lord.

The Wizard entered the room, looking rather pleased with himself.

"So," he said, with the air of one quite used to theatrics, "I suppose you're wondering why I've called you all here."

	This wasn't a startled half naked Mark Clearwater. This is now Doctor Fate and apparently he is feeling rather mean right now. "Why? You claim to be so mighty and superior. Find me yourself." The bugs don't care about the fire. More come out. Crawling and withering things that are slithering and shifting trying to climb up onto the Wizard's shoes. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	While he is busy with that an arcane force punch to his back comes out of seemingly no where. He is still not easy to find. Almost invisible but the force punch had given an impression of just where he was. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	And Doctor Fate finds himself laughing. "Where has your bravado gone, Wizard?" And the magic hits the shield. Then the bugs come back rising like a tidal wave to knock into the shield. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"No. It really wasn't. You made a very grave mistake following your Father's path. You could have had such a bright and happy life, all your own." His voice sounds wistful now.

"You could have been someone else you know. But you chose this, Wizard."

The bugs start to buzz and quiver. Once the shields were broken they would be all over the Wizard.

"In the end, you only have yourself to blame."
