"The regular," Bruce said. Funnily enough, he was getting much of the same thing that Maria had ordered. Except his potatoes lacked garlic and his steak was medium well.
The waiter scribbled down Maria's order and nodded to both her and Bruce before leaving to hand off the order. Then there was silence. Bruce took a sip of his water.
