Great, just great. She would almost have rather had to go another round with the Darkchylde.
Sarah binds her wounds as well as she can to hide them and not let anyone else know how solidly the spell got her, then picks up the kid. She can't leave her here among the demons. They'll need to figure something out.
"It alright, I take you away from demons." she says in slow, halting Russian.
