"Russia might be a good start, though you can bet Magneto will have some security. Still, its a big place. We also have a few means of travel at our disposal so we can move quick. We may also want to figure out where we can do some solid research, old newspapers, things like that, to try and dig up information on the usual suspects. We know where one is, but that would require raiding Doom's base. And we have a lot of ground to cover to find the right ice. Avoiding western Europe unless we're sure we need to go there seems wise though."
